Can Pop is a creative studio offering workshops and activities focused on crafts, slow making, and community.

2. Bookings
All workshop bookings are made through our website. A booking is confirmed once:
– Payment has been completed, and
– You receive a confirmation email
If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us.

3. Prices and payment
– All prices are listed in euros (€)
– Payment is required in full at the time of booking
– We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings

4. Cancellations and refunds
By you (the participant):

You can transfer or reschedule up to 24h; refunds up to 72. More detailed description see at our cancellantions page

By us (Can Pop):
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop if:
– Minimum number of participants is not reached
– Illness or unforeseen circumstances
– Any situation beyond our control
In this case, you will be offered:
– A full refund, or
– A transfer to another date

5. Minimum participants
Some workshops require a minimum number of participants.
If this is not reached, we may cancel or reschedule the session with prior notice.

6. Transfers
If you cannot attend, you may give your spot to a friend (please inform us in advance).

7. Punctuality
Workshops start on time.
– Please arrive 5–10 minutes early
– Late arrivals may not be able to join once the session has started (depending on the
activity)

8. Safety and responsibility
Some workshops involve tools and materials (e.g. glass, needles, etc.).
By booking, you agree:
– To follow instructions and safety guidelines
– To take reasonable care during the activity
Can Pop is not responsible for:
– Injuries resulting from misuse of tools
– Loss or damage of personal belongings

9. Age requirements
Unless otherwise stated:

– Workshops are designed for adults
– Minors must be accompanied by an adult

10. Photos and videos
We may occasionally take photos or short videos during workshops for:
– Social media
– Website content
We will always aim to:
– Respect your privacy
– Avoid close-ups without consent
If you prefer not to appear, please let us know.

11. Gift bookings
– Gift bookings are valid for 6 months
– They are non-refundable but transferable
